By using our club facilities, services, or enrolling as a member/guest, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

events, or important notices.
Members have the right to opt out of promotional or marketing communication at any time by informing the club.
Transactional and essential service-related communication may still be sent even after opting out of promotions.

We do not sell or misuse personal data.
Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
• With Razorpay, for processing online payments securely
• With Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC), as the club operates under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model,
where data sharing may be required for regulatory or administrative purposes
• With government or legal authorities when required by law
No personal data is shared with coaches, trainers, or doctors unless explicitly required and consented to by the member.

8. Data Storage & Security
Personal data is stored in both physical records and secure digital systems.
We implement reasonable security practices, including restricted staff access, password-protected systems, and
controlled handling of physical documents.
While we take all reasonable steps to safeguard data, no system is completely secure, and absolute security
cannot be guaranteed.

9. CCTV Surveillance
CCTV cameras are installed across club premises.
CCTV footage is used only for security, safety, and dispute resolution purposes.
Footage is not used for marketing or promotional activities.

10. Photography & Videography
The club does not use member photographs or videos for marketing or social media purposes.
Any exception, if required in the future, will be done only with prior consent.

11. Children’s / Minors’ Data
We collect personal information of minors (under 18 years) for participation in club activities.
Parental or guardian consent is mandatory for registration and data collection of minors.
Such data is handled with enhanced care and used strictly for safety and service-related purposes.

12. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this policy or as required under applicable laws.
