1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Oneiros Club website, facilities, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Membership & Eligibility
Membership is subject to eligibility criteria defined by Oneiros Club.
Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered member and eligible family members (if applicable).
Access to facilities is granted only upon successful verification of membership.

3. Membership Benefits & Validity
Membership benefits, offers, complimentary services, and extensions are subject to time-bound offers and club policies.
Any promotional benefits (extra days, discounts, AMC waivers, etc.) are valid only within the announced offer period.
Once an offer period expires, standard membership terms apply.

4. Fees, Payments & EMIs
All membership fees must be paid as per the agreed payment plan.
EMI options, if provided, are subject to approval and timely payment.
Delays or defaults in payment may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.

5. Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC)
AMC, where applicable, is charged as per club policy.
Any waiver or lifetime AMC benefit is valid only if explicitly stated in writing at the time of membership purchase.

6. Club Rules & Conduct
Members are expected to:
Follow all club rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions
Maintain discipline, hygiene, and respectful behavior
Avoid misuse of facilities or equipment
Oneiros Club reserves the right to deny access or cancel membership in case of misconduct or violation of rules.

7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in physical activities.
Oneiros Club is not liable for injuries, health issues, or complications arising due to personal health conditions, negligence, or misuse of equipment.
Participation in any activity is at the member’s own risk.

8. Suspension & Termination
Oneiros Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if:
Club rules are violated
Payments are overdue
False information is provided
Behavior is deemed harmful to the club, staff, or members

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for unused services, partial usage, or early termination by the member.

10. Facility Access & Availability
Certain facilities, events, or services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, events, weather conditions, or operational reasons.
Such unavailability shall not entitle members to refunds or extensions unless stated by the club.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Oneiros Club website—including logos, images, text, and branding—is the intellectual property of Oneiros Club and may not be used without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability
Oneiros Club shall not be liable for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Personal injuries arising from misuse of facilities
Technical issues or service interruptions beyond reasonable control

13. Changes to Terms
Oneiros Club reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately upon publication.

14. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
